Parking Rules

Bike / Scooter

Mini SUV / Hatchback

Full SUV / Sedan

Usage Conditions & Enforcement

Vehicles must be parked only in designated slots

No parking in common areas, driveways, or fire lanes

Guest vehicles require prior permission for overnight parking

Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense

Speed limit within premises: 10 km/h

Valid Registration Certificate (RC)

Insurance Policy (current)

Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate

Owner’s ID proof linked to apartment

Important Notice

Violations of parking rules may result in fines, vehicle immobilization, or towing. Repeat offenders will be reported to the Managing Committee for further action.

Car Cleaner Rules

ID Card Requirement

All car cleaners must carry association-issued ID cards while on premises

Weekly Schedule

Cleaning schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Rotation System

Cleaners are assigned on rotation to prevent monopoly and ensure fair opportunity

Reporting Issues

Report service issues to the association office or via the resident portal
